How do I register with Blue Devil Organic Produce?
To register with us all you need to do is fill out the registration form on our website. Alternatively you can call us on 0400 647 330 and your registration form can be completed over the phone or sent to you. Once this form has been returned to us we will confirm that we have received your registration.
How do I place an order?
Once we have confirmed your registration with us an order form for the set box can be filled out at our website www.bluedevil.com.au
If you are interested in our free ordering system please contact us and we will email a produce pricelist to you at the beginning of each week. This pricelist comes in the form of a word document which you fill out and email or fax back to us. Alternatively you can call us and place your order on 0400 647 330. Orders will be accepted up until 4pm Tuesday afternoon. Your order will be confirmed via email.
Your produce will be delivered on the following Thursday (metro) or Friday (country).
Can I order other organic products?
At this stage Blue Devil Organic Produce only supplies seasonal vegetables. We are currently looking to expand our business into the delivery of other organic products and we will keep our existing customers informed of this as it happens.
Is there a minimum order limit?
The minimum order is $30.00
By what time do I need to place my order?
Orders will be accepted no later than 4pm Tuesday afternoon
How do I know an order has gone through?
We will email you with confirmation that your order has been successfully completed.
How do I change my delivery details?
You can change your delivery details by calling 0400 647 330 or sending an email to

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled. They must be cancelled by no later than 4pm Tuesday the week of delivery.
How far in advance can I order?
You can order up to 6 months in advance, this is called a standing order. A standing order is an order that is placed for a minimum of three consistent months. This means that you receive the same order for a period of three months or more on a weekly or fortnightly basis. The benefits of a standing order includes a 50% reduction in the delivery fee to only $4.00 per week. It also means you don’t have to remember to place your order each week as it has already been done for you.
I am going on holiday, can I put my order on hold?
You can put your order on hold whilst you are away, just let us know what dates you will be away prior to your holiday.
DELIVERY
Which area do you deliver to?
Currently Blue Devil Produce delivers to inner Melbourne and the northwest suburbs. We also deliver to select country Victoria towns around the Goldfields region. Please contact us to see if we deliver to your area.
When will you come to my area?
If you are interested in shopping with us please leave your details with us and we will contact you should deliveries commence in your area.
Can I preselect a delivery time?
Unfortunately, at this stage, you cannot preselect delivery times. Deliveries will be made each Thursday to metropolitan Melbourne and Friday regionally.
Do I have to be home when the order is delivered?
You do not have to be home when your order is delivered. Upon registering with us you can request an area where you would like your produce left. This area will need to be sheltered from the weather, safe from pets and secure. Blue Devil Organic Produce will not take any responsibility for any unforeseen damage or theft to an order that has been left in the prearranged position. It is important that the produce be correctly stored as soon as is possible.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $8.00. This fee will be reduced to $4.00 if you have a repeat order for 3 months or more.
PAYMENT
How do I pay for my order?
An invoice will be forwarded to you via email or fax within 24hrs of your delivery.
You can pay for your order by cheque, cash or direct debit.
Cash will only be received should you personally be home when the delivery is made, as Blue Devil Organic Produce will take no responsibility for lost money.
Please leave cheques in the pre-arranged position to be collected on the day of the delivery or contact us to send by post.

When do I pay for my order?
Electronic payments are to be made by the Tuesday following the delivery.
Payments by cash are to be made at the time of delivery and only if the money is personally handed over by yourself or a member of your household. Cheques are to be received on the day of delivery or by post the following Tuesday.
Can I pay in advance?
Payments can be made in advance for multiple weeks at a time.

What if I don’t like all vegetables in the seasonal box?
When you register with us you can specify what vegetables you do not like. We will make up to two substitutions for you with each delivery. We will attempt to cater to your needs as best we can. Delivering a seasonal box with limited variation ensures that we can keep our produce competitively priced. Alternatively you can chose your own box of vegetables by using our free ordering system. Please contact us to be sent a produce availability list.
What is your product guarantee?
In order to offer you the freshest organic produce we source the majority of the weekly produce direct from the farmers gate. The day after we pick up the produce it is delivered to your door after undergoing our quality control measures. Should you be dissatisfied with our product we will happily replace it with something of equal value the following week. That is our freshness and quality guarantee to you.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not satisfied with any level of our service we encourage you to contact us.
